We respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

To file a notice

Send our designated agent (contact below) a written notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; identification of the material you say is infringing and where it is on this site, with enough detail for us to find it; your address, telephone number and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

What we do

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we terminate the access of repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification you may send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g).

Note: misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
